The School plan costs USD 200 a month for up to 200 students, or USD 180 a month billed yearly (10% off, USD 2,160 a year). It is a flat price per school, not per student, and parent access is included. Before paying, schools can use the Starter plan free for 30 days with up to 50 students. School chains use the Network plan, which is priced on request.
Yes. The Starter plan is free for 30 days for schools with up to 50 students. Upgrade to the School or Network plan to keep using Skolex after your 30 days.
Most schools are up and running in under 5 minutes. Create your account, add your classes and teachers, and you're ready to start building curriculum the same day.
Yes. You can bulk-import students, teachers and classes from a spreadsheet, or our onboarding team can help migrate data from your existing system on School and Network plans.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily, and never shared with third parties. Only your school's staff and the parents/students you invite can access your records.
No. Parent and student portal access is included free with every plan — your school pays a single subscription, and there are no per-parent or per-student add-on fees.
Yes. Skolex works in any mobile browser, and teachers, parents and students can check gradebooks, attendance and messages from a phone without installing anything.
Your Starter plan runs for 30 days. If you don't upgrade by then, your account is locked but your school's data is kept, so you can pick up where you left off when you upgrade to the School plan (USD 200/month, or USD 180/month billed annually) or the Network plan.
